Campaigner Build Fixes
This rather plain file will serve to announce fixes/changes to
Campaigner, listed by version.

- A bug that prevented a player from assigning assets to combat has been resolved
- The html file that is generated for battles uses proper filenames and can be copied with the img folder and emailed
- The combat resolution screen no longer shows by default when opening a saved game in which there are battles

- Fixed an error when selecting chits from the moderator account
- Replay now stops after it runs through the turn once
- "Regrouping" penalty removed from losing Battlegroup, it left the losing
force in a wholly awful position
- Fixed an error when selecting chits from the menu when they are close

- Removed "dig-in" orders
- Chit sizes are obeyed in replay
- Titlebar now displaying properly after logging in (it updates like it
should)
- "Log" columns show the proper names
- Deployment Zones no longer showing up when they have no point value

- Left panel widened slightly to allow the scrollbars to show properly
- Moderator can reposition chits (via toolbar menu on map)
- Error message sometime showed up when creating combat in some situations
- Removed "dig-in" orders from waypoint selection
- Disbanded Battlegroups can be hidden using the toolbar toggle
- A game saved with combat resolution will properly show the resolution
screen after reloading
- Using Manager to change PV of a unit (under a Battlegroup) no longer
shows a message, and displays properly
- Rules of dead chits are no longer available to assign to combats
- Dead units no longer show up in combat summary
- Added 'images' folder with sample images for installations and units
