1. Create Article
All staffs can easily create the articles.
Simply fill the appropriate fields to create the article.
Add keywords to make customers get the articles easily. Also related articles will make your knowledgebase more user friendly.

2. Edit Article in other language
If you have more than one language, you can edit the articles created in specific language.
You can do this after you created articles with English as the default.

3. Browse Articles [tree]
View articles with hierarchy mode.
With this mode, you can enable to sort and move the articles to another sub categories easily.

4. Browse Articles [flat]
View articles with flat mode.
With this mode, you can enable view all and search items easily.

5. Create Article's Category
Create category of the articles make your knowledgebase more structured.

6. Edit Article's Category in other language
Not like edit article, you can edit all language you have within one page when you edit article's category.
You can do this after you created article's category with English as the default.


Note :
Delete the articles need a permission. Admin can have unlimited permission.
