This content can be any type of document, form or agreement requiring a signature. The content can include HTML and CSS tags, images, links, and dynamic form inputs. After the document is signed using the signature box below and submitted, the document is redisplayed with the signature in place. A copy is stored in PDF format and in HTML format with the signature image, in a folder with the name of the signer, ip address of the signer, and timestamp, on your web server.

Instructions for using the online signature box at the bottom of the agreement: Place the cursor inside the signature box. Depress the left mouse button at the point where you would like to begin drawing your signature. Hold the left mouse button depressed while you draw. Release the mouse button between words. Use the entire area of the signature box. The signature will be reduced in size to fit the document.

Just click on the "Clear" button to erase the box and start over again. When you are satisfied with the signature, click the "Submit Agreement" button. The agreement will redisplay with the signature in place. If it looks OK, click "Continue". Otherwise click "Back" and you will be returned to this page.
